3. Eligibility

Our services are for businesses only. We onboard licensed businesses and do not provide services to merchants serving jurisdictions where their offering is prohibited.

4. Applications

You must give accurate, complete information in any application and be authorized to apply on behalf of your business. We may decline any application.

5. Performance statements and the uplift guarantee

Timelines such as “live in 48 hours”, approval-rate examples and calculator results are estimates for typical cases and are not guarantees. The FTD uplift guarantee applies only under the terms of a signed pilot agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit false information or interfere with its operation.

7. Intellectual property

The website, the FtdPay name and logo, and all content are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
